Right now, directors juggle Owna, LeadCentre, Microsoft 365, a folder of policies, a shared drives, a dozen bookmarked links that change every month, and of course, their predacious paper diaries.
There is no single place that holds it all together. The Resource Hub fixes that.
It becomes the homepage every director opens at the start of every shift. Quick links such as to ACECQA, Centrelink Business Portal, LeadCentre, and Owna (all customisable by an admin) sit at the top. Below them, your latest internal news, your featured resources, and the tools your team actually uses every day.
It is the connective tissue that ties your existing systems together. Branded for Starfish, owned by Starfish, and managed by Hills Connect, Admin by Marina & Sophie once it is live.

Review Request Generator. Type a parent's mobile number, select the review type, and submit. LeadCentre handles the rest. The review link, the message template, and the follow-up automation are all configured behind the scenes.
Follow-Up Reminder SMS. Send a polite follow-up to parents who have not yet responded. Triggered from the hub, sent through LeadCentre.
Direct Google Review Link. One-tap access to your Google Review page, with a accessible QR code.
SMS Tools
Custom Quick-Send SMS. Send any custom SMS to any parent directly from the hub, without opening LeadCentre. Useful for last-minute closures, individual parent messages, or quick check-ins.
All SMS tools connect directly to your existing LeadCentre account. No new system to learn. Message will be sent can be viewed in LeadCentre later for reference.

Furthermore, it won't be any more difficult than creating contacts, or email signatures. Maintenance time should be minimal.
Security, Hosting, and Data
Security is the first principle of this build.
Starfish-Owned Domain
The hub lives on a domain owned by Starfish, fully branded for Starfish. Not a Hills subdomain.
Cloudflare Protection
DDoS protection, web application firewall, bot mitigation, and SSL encryption sit in front of the hub.
IP Whitelisting
Working with SysNet IT to obtain the public IP addresses of each Starfish centre. Only those IPs will be able to access the hub.
Microsoft 365 SSO
Directors log in with their existing Microsoft credentials. No new password to remember. If a director leaves and their Microsoft account is disabled, hub access is revoked automatically.
LeadCentre for Policy Storage
Policy documents live in LeadCentre, which is already GDPR compliant. We are deliberately not creating a new database, because every new database is a new risk surface.
Timeline: Four Weeks to Production
We have already started. Dedicated developers are working solely on this project. The architecture, the LeadCentre integration patterns, and the AI framework are already coming together in place.

Kyra AI beta deployed to directors. Initial policy set uploaded. Cloudflare and IP whitelisting setup begins with SysNet IT. Feedback loop opens for tuning AI tone.

Week Two
Full hub goes into beta. Microsoft SSO integration complete. Brand assets, templates, CCS calculator, child permissions, and review tools all live. Marina trained on hub management.

Week Three
Production Kyra AI integrated with the full policy library. Tone tuning applied. Marina trained on AI document management. Support ticket system live.

Week Four
All directors onboarded. Final security review with SysNet IT. Documentation delivered to Marina. Hub set as homepage on all centre director devices. Production launch.
Within seven days, directors can already begin chatting to Kyra AI.
Pricing
A flat, fixed price. No surprises.

One-Time Build Fee (inc GST)
Full build including Kyra AI. This is a discounted rate because Starfish is already a contracted Hills Connect client.
$500 each for any additional AI chatbot beyond Kyra. For example, a Marketing AI or an HR AI. Discounted rate, grandfathered for twelve months.
~$50 per month in AI credits, based on projected usage. Hosting maintenance is covered as part of the existing service relationship.
This is an estimate, realistically likely between $5-$60 per month depending on usage. Any amounts used less than A $50 per month, won't be charged as part of the existing service relationship.
